86th session of the Legislative Committee

At its session held on 19 July, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Budget System and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2005.The Committee ruled that 37 amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Budget System were legally possible, while two amendments were rejected.


At its session held on 19 July, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Budget System and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2005.

The Committee ruled that 37 amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Budget System were legally possible, while two amendments were rejected.

According to the Committee, 12 amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2005 are legally possible. The Committee rejected 25 amendments, while a proposal to revise the text of the Bill from a legal and technical standpoint was also adopted.

The Legislative Committee in principle endorsed theBill Repealing the Act on the Foundation of the Public Enterprise for Exploration, Production, Processing and Trade in Oil and Natural Gas.

The Committee’s session was chaired by the chairman, Milos Aligrudic.
