85th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 29 December 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Financial Support to Families with Children, submitted by the Government.

The Committee found the amendment submitted to Article 3 of the Bill by the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Dijana Radovic, Ilija Matejic, Olja Petrovic, Luka Kebara, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Marija Jevdjic and Jovan Palalic.
