The Constitutional Commission's Territorial Organization Sub-Committee held the seventh session on July 15, 2003. Mr. Momcilo Trajkovic, the Sub-Committee Deputy Chairman, presided over this session.
Hearing on the basic principles of the Republic of Serbia territorial organization has been resumed at this session. The Sub-Committee members agreed that Serbia should be decentralized, but they did not reach the point of consensus on the form of decentralization. It was agreed for the Sub-Committee members' experts-consultants to define the basic potentially debatable issues concerning territorial organization of the Republic, before the next session.
