78th sitting of the Administrative Committee
At a brief sitting held on 19 July, the Administrative Committee proposed that the National Assembly should note that the mandate of Dr Miroslav Nedeljkovic, elected from the Serbian Radical Party – Dr Vojislav Seselj Electoral List, had terminated before the expiry of the term to which he had been elected, due to his death.

The procedure would make it possible for another candidate for the office of deputy to be selected by the political party nominating electoral list members.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee’s vice-chairman, Petar Cvetkovic.
