76th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 3 March, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

The Committee reviewed the Republic Electoral Commission Decision and certificate of election of MP Slobodan Velickovic, elected from the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING, ascertained that the conditions have been met to verify the term of office of the newly-elected MP and proposed that the National Assembly, having received the report, note the term of office of newly-elected MP Slobodan Velickovic.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Branimir Jovanovic, Dr Darko Laketic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Marko Zeljug, Petar Petrovic and Aleksandar Markovic.
