74th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 16 December, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government decided to propose that the National Assembly put the Proposal of the Decision on the appointment of Supervisory Board on the agenda of the Ninth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2019 under urgent procedure pursuant to Article 168, paragraph 3, of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure so that the National Assembly may pass the Decision on the appointment of Supervisory Board in due time and enable its unimpeded operation in the coming period.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Vladimir Djuric, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Jovan Palalic, Biljana Pantic Pilja, Petar Petrovic, Slavisa Bulatovic, Miletic Mihajlovic, Djordje Komlenski, Zarko Micin, Zoltan Pek and Marko Parezanovic.
