72nd sitting of the Administrative Committee
At its sitting held on 24 May, the Administrative Committee discussed the resignation of deputy Srboljub Marinkovic, elected from the Serbian Radical Party – Dr Vojislav Seselj Electoral List, and noted that Mr Marinkovic’s mandate had terminated before the expiry of the term which he had been elected to.
At its sitting held on 24 May, the Administrative Committee discussed the resignation of deputy Srboljub Marinkovic, elected from the Serbian Radical Party – Dr Vojislav Seselj Electoral List, and noted that Mr Marinkovic’s mandate had terminated before the expiry of the term which he had been elected to. The Committee recommended that the National Assembly should note the termination of the deputy’s mandate.
The Administrative Committee discussed, and, after a brief debate, adopted the Report of the Financial Department on the Assembly’s running costs for the period from January to March 2006.
The Committee adopted decisions terminating employment at the National Assembly of Vesna Lalic and Sovranije Conjagic, who, in accordance with Article 69 of the Act on Employment in Government Bodies, are entitled to full salary for six months after the termination of their office. Ruling in accordance with the same provisions, the Committee established that Ksenija Milivojevic, Goran Paunovic, Branka Bosnjak, and Vesna Obradovic are entitled to their salary for six months after the termination of their office.
The Committee’s sitting was chaired by its chairman, Tomislav Nikolic.
