Zoran Zivkovic, who chaired the Third Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly, held on 22 March, asked the Legislative Committee for its opinion on the amendment submitted to Article 5 of the Bill Amending and Modifying the Share Fund Act by deputy Aleksandar Vlahovic.
The Committee noted that the amendment was legally possible, but that the Bill would have to be edited from a legal and technical standpoint if it was adopted.
