70th session of the Legislative Committee
At its session held on 21 March, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in principle endorsed the Bill Amending the Act on the Organisation and Powers of Public Authorities in Suppressing Organised Crime, proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
At its session held on 21 March, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in principle endorsed the Bill Amending the Act on the Organisation and Powers of Public Authorities in Suppressing Organised Crime, proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
Members of the Legislative Committee in principle endorsed the Seed Bill and ruled that amendments submitted to the Bill were legally possible.
