70th Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 12 December, the members of the European Integration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Games of Chance.

The bills were presented by representatives of the submitters Zeljko Radovanovic, Director of the Administration for Prevention of Money Laundering, and Zoran Gasic, Director of the Games of Chance Administration, and the Committee members accepted the bills after a debate.

The Committee members went on to appoint Elvira Kovacs and Zarko Micin to take part in the meeting of COSAC chairpersons, to be held under the auspices of the parliamentary dimension of Croatia’s Presidency of the EU Council on 19 – 20 January 2020 in Zagreb.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandar Stevanovic, Dubravka Filipovski, Vera Jovanovic, Dusica Stojkovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Vesna Markovic, Zvonimir Djokic, Dragan Sormaz and Dr Muamer Bacevac.
