70th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 8 November 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the following:

  1. Bill on Biocidal Products, submitted by the Government;
  2. Bill amending the Law on Integrated Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control, submitted by the Government;
  3. Bill amending and modifying the Company Law, submitted by the Government;
  4. Bill on the Confirmation of the Amendment to the Agreement on Agriculture between the Republic of Serbia and the Kingdom of Norway, submitted by the Government;
  5. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on Cooperation in Protection against Disasters in the Western Balkans, submitted by the Government, and
  6. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on Mutual Recognition and Exchange of Driving Licenses between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People's Republic of China, submitted by the Government;
The sitting was attended by Senior Adviser at the Ministry of Finance Tatjana Stanic, Head of the Legal, Human Resources and General Affairs Department at the Ministry of Environmental Protection Ana Stanimirov, State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy Zoran Dimitrijevic and Assistant Minister Dusan Vuckovic, as well as the Head of the International Agreements Department at the Ministry of the Interior Dragan Petrovic.

The Committee members found all the bills to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Vojislav Vujic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Vuk Mircetic, Luka Kebara, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Borisav Kovacevic, Dr Balint Pasztor, Toma Fila, Ilija Matejic, Milenko Jovanov and Djordje Todorovic.
