70th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 30 September, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Miroslav Lazanski and the request of National Assembly Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic to assume another public office.
The Committee went on to consider and give a positive opinion to the request submitted National Assembly Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic to assume another public office, that of member of the Board of Directors of MTS Bank he was appointed to by the decision of the Assembly of Shareholders.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Dragana Barisic, Stefana Miladinovic, Jelena Mijatovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Milorad Mircic, Vera Jovanovic, Petar Petrovic, Goran Nikolic and Aleksandar Markovic.
