69th session of the Legislative Committee
At its sixty-ninth session, held on 16 March, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Share Fund Act, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Privatisation Act and the Bill on the Settlement of Obligations Between the Republic of Serbia and Bankrupt Banks Arising From Foreign Credits and/or Loans.
At its sixty-ninth session, held on 16 March, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Share Fund Act, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Privatisation Act and the Bill on the Settlement of Obligations Between the Republic of Serbia and Bankrupt Banks Arising From Foreign Credits and/or Loans.
The Committee discussed ten amendments, of which three were rejected as not legally possible.
