5th Session of the Constitutional Commission Held

The Constitutional Commission held the fifth session on June 5, 2003 at 11 a. m, in the Presidency of the Republic of Serbia seat.


The Constitutional Commission held the fifth session on June 5, 2003 at 11 a. m, in the Presidency of the Republic of Serbia seat. Mr. Vladan Batic, Ph. D., presided over this session.

The Commission members have discussed the Draft Preamble adopted at sixth session of the Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee, as well as proposals of the other members of the Commission.

It was agreed for the Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee to use, before the Preamble adoption, Mr. Vladan Batic's, Ph. D. proposal as a guideline in its work on the basic provisions of the Constitution.
