55th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 2 September, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignations tendered to the post of MP by Predrag Markovic, Branislav Jovanovic and Jozef Sandor.
The Committee established the existence of sufficient grounds for the termination of the MPs’ terms of office and proposed that the National Assembly note it.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
