54th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 31 August 2026, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued at the 10th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025, 14th Legislature, on 25 August 2026, to MP Zdravko Ponos.

The Committee decided to fine MP Zdravko Ponos 10% of an MP’s base salary i.e. 13,078.20 RSD, for the reprimand.

The Committee members also passed the Decision to channel funds from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund, viz. 222,418.90 RSD, to the Diocese of Raska-Prizren Monastery Gracanica, in aid of soup kitchens in Kosovo-Metohija

The Committee then considered and adopted the proposal of the National Assembly Secretary General to extend the status of acting assistant National Assembly Secretary General.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Milosevic, Djordje Komlenski, Goran Milic, Igor Jaksic, Stefan Janjic, Branimir Jovanovic, Olja Petrovic, Miroslav Petrasinovic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Branko Lukic and Stefan Kitanovic.
