52nd session of the Privatisation Committee
At the fifty-second session of the Privatisation Committee, held on 14 December, Committee members discussed problems identified in privatisation procedures after the adoption of the Act Amending and Modifying the Privatisation Act, and in particular issues arising in the implementation of Article 41a of the Act.

Apart from Committee members, the Minister of the Economy, Predrag Bubalo, and the Acting Presiding Judge of theWhen the fifty-second session of the Privatisation Committee resumed, on 16 December 2005, Committee members discussed and endorsed the Report of the Privatisation Agency on issues faced by the Agency in the implementation of Article 41a of the Privatisation Act.
