The Committee considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs terms of office for the purpose of a filling vacant seat at the National Assembly.

Having reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MP Andjela Ruvidic, elected from the Electoral List SERBIA AGAINST VIOLENCE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MARINIKA TEPIC (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SEBIA, GREEN – LEFT FRONT, DON’T LET BELGRADE D(R)OWN, ECOLOGICAL UPRISING – CUTA, DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MOVEMENT OF FREE CITIZENS, SERBIA CENTRE, TOGETHER, MOVEMENT FOR REVERSAL, UNITED TRADE UNIONS OF SERBIA “SLOGA”, NEW FACE OF SERBIA¬), and decided to propose that the National Assembly verify the term of office of the newly-elected MP.

The Committee then considered the request submitted by the Energy Agency to be granted consent for the employment of new staff, which was presented on the behalf of the Agency by its President Dejan Popovic, and granted the Agency said consent.

The Committee also decided to accept the request submitted by MP Nenad Krstic to exercise the right to cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and the right to compensation for living separately from his family, starting 1 August 2026.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Olja Petrovic, Goran Milic, Dane Stanojevic, Tatjana Petrovic Stojkovic, Stefan Kitanovic, Branko Lukic, Nenad Krstic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Branimir Jovanovic and Djordje Komlenski.
