The Committee ascertained that the situation falls under Article 131, paragraph 2, item 6) of the Law on Election of MPs which lists resignation as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office, and adopted the Report proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the MP’s term of office.

The Committee also considered and granted its consent to the request submitted by MP Marko Milosevic to be allowed to, in addition to the post of MP, assume an additional post, that of member of the “Sveti Sava” Elementary School in Pozarevac school board.

The Committee then considered the notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued at the Seventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 14th Legislature on 23 June 2026 to MP Milos Parandilovic and decided to fine said MP 50% of an MP’s base salary – 65.391,00 RSD, as well as to fine MP Dragan Ninkovic 50% of an MP’s base salary – 65.391,00 RSD, for the reprimand issued at the Seventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 14th Legislature on 23 June 2026.

The Committee also adopted the proposal of the National Assembly Secretary General to extend the status of acting assistant National Assembly Secretary General to Dara Kupusinac and Marina Sukovic.
