49th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 11 March, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Bill on Efficient Energy Use and the Bill on Special Conditions for Registry of Ownership Rights for Buildings Constructed without a Construction Permit.
Out of the 23 amendments submitted to the Bill on Efficient Energy Use, the Committee deemed all, except the six amendments submitted to articles 5, 6, 10, 15, 17 and 32 of the Bill, compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, by a majority of votes.
The Committee also considered the 97 amendments submitted to the Bill on Special Conditions for Registry of Ownership Rights for Buildings Constructed without a Construction Permit. The representative of the submitter informed the Committee that the Government had accepted 16 of the amendments and the Committee deemed all the amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
