49th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 15 December 2021, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered and adopted the Decision on the base rate for the calculation and payment of the salary of the President of the Republic, MPs and appointed staff in the President’s and National Assembly Support Service.

Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic said that the provision of Article 27e, paragraph 60 of the Law on the Budget System stipulates that in 2022 the salaries of other employees of users of budget funds be raised by 7%, starting with the January 2022 salary.

Th Committee went on to consider the initiative of the Ministry of Culture and Information to amend and modify the Decision on remuneration for work in the National Council for Culture.

Finally, the Committee established the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Luka Kebara, Dr Nina Pavicevic, Branimir Spasic, Miroslav Kondic, Dijana Radovic, Veroljub Matic, Marina Ragus, Branimir Jovanovic, Nebojsa Bakarec and Ivana Nikolic.
