48th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 30 June 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education, submitted by the Government.

The Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society had submitted an amendment to Article 20 of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education which the Committee members found to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Vuk Mircetic, Milenko Jovanov, Luka Kebara, Ugljesa Mrdic, Milos Terzic, Violeta Ocoljkovic, Toma Fila and Jovan Palalic.
