The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of MP Milutin Mrkonjic, elected from the IVICA DACIC – “Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), United Serbia (JS) – Dragan Markovic Palma” Electoral List, has left a vacant seat at the National Assembly, in line with Article 88 of the Law on the Election of MPs.

The Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the term of office of newly-elected MP Ratko Nikolic from the same Electoral List, immediately after the reception of the report.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Sci.med. Darko Laketic, Zeljko Tomic, Dr Nina Pavicevic, Branimir Spasic, Dijana Radovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Branimir Jovanovic, Violeta Ocokoljic and Nebojsa Bakarec.
