46th session of the Justice and Administration Committee

At its forty-sixth session, held on 24 November, the Justice and Administration Committee adopted the Proposal of the Decision Establishing the National Corruption Suppression Strategy.


At its forty-sixth session, held on 24 November, the Justice and Administration Committee adopted the Proposal of the Decision Establishing the National Corruption Suppression Strategy.

The Minister of Justice, Zoran Stojkovic, who took part in the session, said that the National Corruption Suppression Strategy was a system of guidelines which would set out the obligations of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. The Government should prepare action programmes and propose legislation necessary for the work of an independent anti-corruption body.

The Committee agreed on proposals of decisions on the termination of judicial office of judges of courts of general competence and special courts, and forwarded them to the National Assembly for discussion.
