46th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 27 February, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Public Notaries.
The Committee deemed 15 of the 18 amendments submitted to the Bill compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while three amendments were rejected as incomplete.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
