45th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 4 February 2026, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered and granted consent to the request submitted by MP Branimir Jovanovic to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and the right to compensation for living separately from his family.

The Committee went on to review the notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued at the Sixth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025, 14th Legislature, on 15 January 2026, to MP Nebojsa Bakarec. The Committee decided to fine the MP 10% of an MP’s base salary for the reprimand.

The Committee members passed the Decision to channel funds from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund to the Diocese of Raska-Prizren Monastery Gracanica, Diocese of Sumadija Monastery of St. Archangel Gabriel and Children’s Village “Dr Milorad Pavlovic” in Sremska Kamenica.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Bojan Torbica, Jelena Milosevic, Goran Milic, Igor Jaksic, Tatjana Petrovic Stojkovic, Ugljesa Markovic, Dane Stanojcic, Olja Petrovic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Jasmina Karanac, Branko Lukic and Stefan Kitanovic.
