At its session held on 1 February, the Administrative Committee discussed requests received from judicial officials to authorise the institution of criminal proceedings against certain deputies to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
At its session held on 1 February, the Administrative Committee discussed requests received from judicial officials to authorise the institution of criminal proceedings against certain deputies to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. Members of the Administrative Committee resolved to advise the National Assembly to uphold the immunity of deputies from the Serbian Renewal Movement against which private charges had been brought.
The Administrative Committee adopted the Decision Establishing Working Hours of the Administrative Service of the National Assembly, according to which working hours of Service employees are from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. The Decision is to come into force on 15 February 2005.
At the session, members of the Administrative Committee were acquainted with the Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Serbia setting out base rates for calculating salaries of elected, nominated and appointed officials. This item is to be discussed at the next session of the Administrative Committee.
