44th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 19 February, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the 23 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Military Security Agency and Military Intelligence Agency and the 22 amendments submitted to the Bill on Determining Public Interest and Special Expropriation Procedures and Acquisition of Documentation for the Realisation of Construction of the South Stream Natural Gas Transport System.
The Committee unanimously deemed all the submitted amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
