44th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 29 December 2025, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the following agenda:

  1. Request submitted by MP MA Nenad Tomasevic to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade;
  2. Request submitted by MP Dragan Ninkovic to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade;
  3. Notification of the National Assembly Speaker on the reprimand issued at the 17th Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee held on 24 November 2025, to MP Zdravko Ponos;
  4. Notification of the National Assembly Speaker on the reprimand issued at the 17th Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee held on 24 November 2025, to MP Bogdan Radovanovic;
  5. Notification of the National Assembly Speaker on the reprimand issued at the 18th Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee held on 27 November 2025, to MP Petar Boskovic;
  6. Notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued at the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025 to MP Radomir Lazovic on 17 December 2025;
  7. Proposal of the National Assembly Secretary General to extend the status of acting assistant National Assembly Secretary General to Dara Kupusinac and Marina Sukovic;
  8. Implementation of Article 9, item 6 of the Republic of Serbia 2026 Budget Law.
The Committee decided not to accept the request submitted by MP MA Nenad Tomasevic to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade, while the request submitted by MP Dragan Ninkovic to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade, was accepted.

As regards items 3, 4 and 5, the Committee will rule once it and the MPs learn more of the submitted material.

The Committee then considered the notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued at the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025 to MP Radomir Lazovic and decided to fine said MP 10% of an MP’s base salary.

The Committee also adopted the proposal of the National Assembly Secretary General to extend the status of acting assistant National Assembly Secretary General to Dara Kupusinac and Marina Sukovic.

The Committee unanimously adopted the implementation of Article 9, item 6 of the Republic of Serbia 2026 Budget Law.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Bojan Torbica, Jelena Milosevic, Goran Milic, Stefan Janjic, Uros Djokic, Nenad Krstic, Branimir Jovanovic, Ugljesa Markovic, Tatjana Petrovic Stojkovic, Dane Stanojcic, Olja Petrovic, Snezana Jovanovic, Branko Lukic and Stefan Kitanovic.
