Chairman of the Committee on Justice and Administration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Professor Dr Dragor Hiber, convened the forty-third session of the Committee for Tuesday 1 April 2003, beginning at 9.30 a.m. The following agenda was proposed for the session:
1. Discussion on the Proposal of the Decision on Adopting the Accord of Member States on Defining the Final Status of Bodies and Organisations from Article 15 of the Act on the Implementation of the Constitutional Charter of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro;
2. Discussiosn on the Ministries Bill.
