43rd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 18 December 2025, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs terms of office for the purpose of a filling vacant seat at the National Assembly.

Having reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MP Nenad Abramovic, elected from Electoral List “ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop”, and decided to propose that the National Assembly verify the term of office of the newly-elected MP.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Branimir Jovanovic, Veroljub Matic, Ugljesa Markovic, Snezana Jovanovic, Nikola Bokan, Miroslav Petrasinovic, Goran Milic, Ivana Stamatovic, Igor Jaksic and Branko Lukic.
