43rd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 17 April, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.


The Committee ascertained that a term of office had been allocated to Branislav Krekic, candidate from the CHOICE FOR BETTER LIFE – BORIS TADIC Electoral List, and to Katica Vijuk form the LET’S GET SERBIA MOVING – TOMISLAV NIKOLIC Electoral List. The Committee unanimously proposed that the National Assembly should note the verification of the new MPs terms of office.

At the sitting, the Committee established the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
