42nd Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 9 July 2026, the members of the European Integration Committee were informed about the Conclusion on the adoption of the Report on the conduct of the National Programme for Adoption of the Acquis Communautaire (NPAA) for the first quarter of 2026, adopted by the Government at a session held on 4 June 2026.

Before proceeding, the Committee members adopted and amended the agenda with one item: Informing the Committee about the Conclusion on the adoption of the Report on the conduct of the National Programme for Adoption of the Acquis Communautaire (NPAA) for the first quarter of 2026, adopted by the Government at a session held on 2 July 2026.

The sitting was attended by Minister of European Integration Nemanja Starovic, who informed the Committee members, in a joint debate, to the aforementioned reports. The Minister presented in detail the activities carried out to align domestic legislation with EU legislation by negotiation chapters and stressed that work continues on legal acts and by-laws important for the European integration process.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Nikola Lazic, Ana Miljanic, Goran Milic, Dubravka Filipovski, Branislav Josifovic, Sanja Dzajic, Dijana Radovic, Zivota Starcevic and Milan Radin.
