42nd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 10 April, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the notification of the National Assembly Secretary General about the reprimand issued for the breach of order at the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013 and adopted the Decision to fine MP Srdjan Milivojevic for the one reprimand issued to him for the breach of order at said sitting.
At the sitting, the Committee accepted the Initiative of MP Bojan Djuric and unanimously adopted the Decision to pay 100 thousand RSD from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund into the account opened to raise funds for the medical treatment of Tijana Ognjanovic.
As regards the complaint-objection of MP Zaharije Trnavcevic to the Decision on a fine, the Committee concluded to inform the MP that the National Assembly Rules of Procedure do not allow the Committee the possibility to rule on complaints i.e. objections.
The Committee reviewed the request made by MPs Petar Petrovic and Meho Omerovic, for an opinion as regards performing another public function and gave a positive opinion.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
