41st session of the Legislative Committee
At its forty-first session, held on 14 October 2004, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments to the Bill Modifying the Act on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2004, together with proposals for authorising decisions modifying 2004 financial plans of bodies administering compulsory social security: the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Agricultural Producers, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Individual Professions, the Republic Health Insurance Agency, and the National Employment Service, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee judged that eight of the fourteen amendments submitted to the Bill were legally possible.
The Committee’s session was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.
