41st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 2 April, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the resignations tendered to the post of MP by Jovanka Petrovic and Mico Rogovic.
The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly should note the termination of the MPs’ terms of office.
The Committee reviewed the request made by Sonja Podunavac, substitute member of the Republic Electoral Commission, for an opinion as regards performing another public function and gave a positive opinion.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
