40th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
Government considered the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Higher Court in Belgrade, Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Third Basic Court in Belgrade and the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Misdemeanour Court in Nis.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Slavisa Bulatovic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Miletic Mihajlovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Djordje Komlenski and Stanija Kompirovic.
