40th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 23 June 2026, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Proposal to pass an authentic interpretation of the provision of Article 231a, paragraph 12 item 2) of the Law on Air Transport, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
Following a debate the Committee deemed justifiable the Proposal of an authentic interpretation the provision of Article 231a, paragraph 12 item 2) of the Law on Air Transport, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee unanimously decided to forward the Proposal of the authentic interpretation to the National Assembly to be passed under urgent procedure.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Milica Nikolic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Milosevic, Olja Petrovic, Snezana Jovanovic, Vesna Nedovic, Ana Krstic, Milos Gnjidic, Zdravko Mladenovic, Jasmina Palurovic, Igor Jaksic and Sladjana Susnjar.
