40th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 19 March, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Information of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued for the breach of order at the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013, First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013 and on the Day to respond to parliamentary questions regarding a current issue.
By a majority of votes, the Committee adopted decisions on fines for the reprimands issued for the breach of order at said sittings, viz. for the one reprimand issued to MPs Borislav Stefanovic, Marijan Risticevic, Gordana Comic, Judita Popovic and Zaharije Trnavcevic and the two reprimands issued to MP Bojan Djuric.
The Committee members also reviewed and gave a positive opinion to the requests MPs Prof. Dr Mileta Poskurica and Dr Branislav Blazic made as regards assuming another public office.
At the sitting, the Committee also ascertained the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
