39th session of the Justice and Administration Committee
At its thirty-ninth session, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed and in principle endorsed the Bill on the Programme of Protection of Participants in Criminal Proceedings, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Code on Criminal Proceedings, the Criminal Code Bill, the Bill on Underage Perpetrators of Criminal Offences and Criminal Protection of Underage Persons, and the Bill on the Performance of Criminal Sanctions.
