39th session of the Legislative Committee
The thirty-ninth session of the Legislative Committee was held on 12 October 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.

The Committee discussed the Bill on the Free Access to Information of Public Importance, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and assessed it as legally possible.
The session discussed the Bill Modifying the Act on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2004, together with proposals for authorising decisions modifying 2004 financial plans of bodies administering compulsory social security – the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Agricultural Producers, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Individual Professions, the Republic Health Insurance Agency and the National Employment Service, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee did not give its opinion on the Bill Modifying the Act on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2004.
The Committee discussed the Bill on Providing Counter-guarantees of the Republic of Serbia to Serbia and Montenegro for the Repayment of Loans with the European Investment Bank for Financing the Republic of Serbia Energy Sector Reconstruction Project, the Urgent Health Project, the City of Belgrade Reconstruction Project, the Power Grid Management System Project and the Serbia Urban Waterworks Project, as well as the Bill on Providing Counter-guarantees of the Republic of Serbia to Serbia and Montenegro for the Repayment of Loans with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Serbian National Power Corporation, Project II), submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and assessed them as legally possible.
