39th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 14 February, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP's term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee ascertained that a term of office had been allocated to Bojan Jakovljevic from the LET’S GET SERBIA MOVING – TOMISLAV NIKOLIC Electoral List, and unanimously proposed that the National Assembly should note the verification of the new MP’s term of office.
At the proposal of the National Assembly Secretary General, the Committee also adopted a Certificate on the appointment of Mirjana Nedeljkovic, civil servant, to the post of National Assembly Assistant Secretary General – Head of the General Affairs Sector.
The Committee gave a positive opinion to MP Radojko Obradovic's request for an opinion as regards membership in the Serbian Chamber of Engineers and participation in the Commission for the preparation of laws and other regulation.
The Committee established the list for A-I and A-II stickers.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
