38th session of the Privatisation Committee
At the session of the Privatisation Committee held on 17 March, Committee members discussed amendments submitted by deputies to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Privatisation Act and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Share Fund Act.
At the session of the Privatisation Committee held on 17 March, Committee members discussed amendments submitted by deputies to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Privatisation Act and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Share Fund Act.
The amendment submitted by deputy Jovan Palalic to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Privatisation Act was endorsed after being corrected, while amendments submitted by deputies Vjerica Radeta, Jovan Todorovic and Zarko Obradovic were not endorsed.
Committee members discussed and endorsed the amendment of deputy Jovan Palalic submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Share Fund Act, while an amendment submitted by Aleksandar Vlahovic was not endorsed.
The session was attended by the Minister of the Economy in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Bubalo, accompanied by his associates.
