38th session of the Justice and Administration Committee
At its thirty-eighth session, held on 1 September, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed and in principle endorsed the Public Defender Bill.

The Committee adopted ten amendments submitted by deputies to the Bill, and drafted another one, while one amendment was withdrawn at the session.
