On behalf of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, the submitted Bill was presented by Assistant Minister Katarina Tomasevic. The Committee members unanimously adopted the Bill.

The Committee members also considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the amendments and modifications to the Sectoral Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the European Commission setting out provisions for the management and implementation of Union Financial Assistance to the Republic of Serbia under the Rural Development Programme of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPARD III), submitted by the Government, in principle, presented by Jasmina Nikolic, on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. After discussion, the Committee members unanimously adopted this Bill as well.

In the continuation, the Committee members selected a delegation to take part in the Interparliamentary Committee Meeting, organised by the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the European Parliament (AFET), on 24 June 2026 in Brussels, Belgium, consisting of: Elvira Kovacs, Committee Chairperson, as well as Branislav Josifovic, Zagorka Aleksic and Prof. Dr Slobodan Cvejic, Committee members and deputy members.

The Committee members also selected a delegation to take part in the meeting of the Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs of Parliaments of the European Union (COSAC), to be held in Dublin, Ireland, on 12 and 13 July 2026, as part of the Parliamentary Dimension of the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The Committee members selected were Milan Radin, Committee Deputy Chairman, and Zivota Starcevic, Committee member.
