38th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 15 January 2018, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the notification submitted by the National Assembly Speaker on the reprimands issued to MPs Tatjana Macura and Marija Janjusevic to maintain order at the 19th and 20th sitting of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction.


The Committee decided by majority vote to fine Tatjana Macura 10% of an MP’s base salary for the reprimand issued to maintain order at the 19th sitting of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction and 20% of an MP’s base salary for the reprimand issued and 20th siting of the same Committee.

The Committee also decided to fine MP Marija Janjusevic 10% of an MP’s base salary for the reprimand issued to maintain order at the 20th sitting of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction.

The Committee went on to review and give a positive opinion to the request submitted by MP Aleksandar Cotric to assume another public office.

The Committee members also considered the Report of the Diocese of Raska-Prizren Administrative Board on the funds channelled to the Diocese from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund in aid of soup kitchens in Kosovo-Metohija.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Milorad Mircic, Vera Jovanovic, Aleksandar Markovic, Goran Ciric, Dr Dragana Barisic, Vojislav Vujic, Marko Zeljug and Branka Stamenkovic, as well as MPs Marija Janjusevic and Marijan Risticevic.
