37th session of the Legislative Committee
At its session held on 17 August 2004, the Legislative Committee discussed and in principle adopted the Bill Amending and Modifying the Broadcasting Act.
At its session held on 17 August 2004, the Legislative Committee discussed and in principle adopted the Bill Amending and Modifying the Broadcasting Act. The Committee ruled that amendments submitted to the Bill were legally feasible.
The Committee also discussed and in principle adopted the Bill Amending and Modifying the Financial Leasing Act, ruling that amendments submitted to the Bill were legally feasible.
The session discussed and in principle adopted the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Mortgage Rights on Movable Property Entered into the Register. The Committee ruled that amendments submitted to the Bill were legally feasible.
The Committee’s session was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.
