37th session of the Justice and Administration Committee

At its thirty-seventh session, held on 25 August, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed the Public Administration Bill and the Civil Servants Bill in principle and in particular.


At its thirty-seventh session, held on 25 August, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed the Public Administration Bill and the Civil Servants Bill in principle and in particular. Representatives of the proposer, the Government of the Republicof Serbia, took part in the session.

The Committee endorsed the Bills in principle. Seven amendments proposed by deputies to the Public Administration Bill, and sixteen amendments submitted to the Civil Servants Bill, became integral parts of the Bills, as they were endorsed by both the Committee and the Government of the Republic of Serbia. One amendment submitted by the Justice and Administration Committee to the Civil Servants Bill was also incorporated into the Bill. The remaining amendments failed to receive Committee endorsement.

Committee members resolved to visit the District Prison in Belgradeto inspect the situation at that institution.
