37th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 28 August 2017, the members Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agricultural Land, submitted by the Government.
Out of the 48 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agricultural Land, three were retracted due to technical flaws, and the remaining 45 the Committee found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Branislav Nedimovic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nedjo Jovanovic, Milena Corilic, Gordana Comic, Balint Pasztor, Srbislav Filipovic, Jasmina Obradovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Vojislav Vujic and Jelena Zaric Kovacevic.
