At its thirty-sixth session, held on 2 November, the Administrative Committee noted that Goran Jocic had resigned from the office of deputy. The Committee proposed to the National Assembly that it should note the termination of office of deputy Jocic before the expiry of the term to which he had been elected.

The Committee is to send an official letter to all deputies’ groups at the National Assembly, inquiring about their opinions on continuing work on the Bill on the National Assembly. The deputies’ groups should also state whether they will designate representatives to the working group charged with drafting the Bill.
